No Vid just Sound

Please some one help i just downloaded a show and when i goto play it all i have is sound with no video what do i do

If is a tv show might be a Xvid format.Go to this site and download something starting with GSpot and Avicodec or Codec Viewer and open your file with one of them.All three do the same job and give you details about your file video and audio and any player you might have to play the file.As a codec collection download and install All in One or K-Lite or XP Codecs, DivX and Xvid packs.As a audio codec AC3 filter is a must to have it install.Also on this site you can find players like VLC,BSplayer and Media Classic.All from above are freeware so go ahead and start downloading. http://www.free-codecs.com/
