Try using a better program, like Ulead DVD Workshop.
Can be found on Torrent etc.,
Create menus chapters etc etc

but can that app allow you to merge the vob’s generated by winavi into one vob where then i can select that vob as a movie in the menu so when i click on the movie it’ll play it?

The truth is, don’t waste your time tryingto combine the vob files, that will never work. The files and the menu structure need to be correct, and that won’t happen if you just join the files. As the the other guy said, use a better app. I find both Nero and Tmpgenc to work fine. Just drop the files you want into the app and it’ll convert and fit them to the type of disk you are using automatically. One note though, use th 2 pass mode, high quality mode. It makes a huge diff in the output.

luck,
