extracting Bin's

Hi people...i need some help from those in the know.

i am trying to extract a number of Bin files...i have been trying to use Iso Buster
and Bin files now show up as Cd’s in there folder. What do i do from here?..do i burn them? if so under what format in Nero??? or is there a way i can extract there contents?

Also is there a better programme to use then Iso Buster? i also have Win ISO but i don’t know how to use it.

All info would be helpful...
