system crash when trying to create vcds with every program

every time I add a file to the vcd layout the system crashes or hangs, i’ve tried all types of programs from VCD Easy, Nero 6, to Pinnacle Studio. Anyone have any ideas why this keeps happening?

hi i had this problem with nero six it just kept crashing all the time obviously its registered to you but is it regestered with an unlimited serial number as mine was only registered with the basic and once unlimited it worked great
