Im having a very strange problem. Sometimes when i open whatever folder in windows this comes up:
The program you are trying to run requires a current Indeo codec.
To obtain a current driver that is compatible with this version of Windows, please contact the manufacturer at http://indeo.ligos.com.

Lately I havent been able to play anything without some problems-I have tried probably every codec pack out there-not all at once though-and tried having minimal set of codecs-tried deleting every codecs-installed numerous players-vlc bsplayer media classic zoom player-none work and tried updating rolling back drivers-reinstalling directx-wich by the way didnt go through the installation progress instead just said installation complete. VLC player didnt work until yesterday-the sound was always messed up-bsplayer usually worked but with very low quality-now that doesnt work and says to every file: error file is corrupted seeking will be very slow-even though the file is fine. I have been using acemegacodecspack wich has worked for years-all this started happening when i deleted one user account in windows and made another one-now there is only one account-admin.
Im getting pretty tired and hope i can avoid reinstalling windows or formatting or whatever.
Any ideas?

p.s. next im trying to remove all codecs with codec sniper and installing defiler pak!
