burning incomplete ISO

i’ve just downloaded an ISO, however i only have 99.3% of it, and mi’m pretty sure thats all i can get, is there a programme which will 'fill in' any empty information?
i can play the file fine with vlc, but was hoping to burn it. any idea’s are much appreciated.
