Garnet Guest | Everything was working well. I loaded photos and mp3s into the player. The battery icon
showed it was charging but now it all seems to have gone wrong. I turn it on and I get the
hand twirling the pen then the screen goes black. The only way I can get anything to
happen is by holding in the play button. After holding the play button for a couple of
seconds the flower welcome screen appears but then it goes straight back into the hand
twirling the pen and blank screen. When I connect it to the computer via the USB nothing
happens unless I have the player switched off. When I turn it on it stays on for about three
seconds then goes blank and I cant get anything to function. I hope somebody can help me.
Anything would be appreciated.

majorminer Guest | i had the same problem turn the mp4 player on while it is plugged into your computer and it should charge.
