AVI onto VCD

How can i put a AVI file onto a VCD so that I can play it on a normal DVD/VCD player?

Does Easy CD Creator have that option?

i use either one of two programs which are

1) nero express 6 -vcd converter this program converts avi to vcd automatically while in the burning process if the file is to long you might need to split the file first i use avi splitter

2) boilsoft avi to vcd svcd converter this saves the file and then you have to burn it off your self with a data burner (easy cd creator works best for me) however some files dont work with this paticular program and you end up with no sound (trying to work on this at present)
