Is there any alternate software of the Sunplus transcoding tools because Sunplus is transcoding only revolsution of 320X240 which is very large video to c in the pmp player.
Can anyone tell me / help me to find.

bigineurope Guest | I have recently bought a 4gb SumVision Mp4 player. I am wondering why it doesn’t seem to be able to group music by genres? Does anybody know anything about that? Seems simple enough.
Another thing, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with Mac OS at all. My iBook does not recognize it as a flash drive. What is that about?

The_G Guest | Having read most of the posts in this thread, just thought I’d share my frustration (with Sunplus) and appreciation (for the help here).
Recently I bought a pmp which I later found out required use of this Sunplus transcoding tool. CANNOT believe this program does not have batch encoding, and what’s the deal with a file becoming LARGER after encoding, given that the resolution is smaller for a pmp. I thought most video could be encoded using a variety of programs but as seen by earlier posts it looks tricky to mirror the processing of the Sunplus Transcoding tool using other programs - and without 100% success. Nevertheless, to all the people that posted their attempts - Thank you anyway, there’s been a real attempt at bypassing the flaws in the Sunplus tool in this thread, given that the tool was provided by the people who were eager to take our money without much support. But I guess given the lower price of these PMP devices, what can we expect?
Has anyone had much experience with other PMP’s that convert to AVI? So far I haven’t found much on this.

download ace mega codecs pack (or any other codec pack);install it and you should be able to watch it with bsplayer(comes with ace mega codecs pack)
