i have brought an mp4 player(spca 536) but it does not play my music `when i insert it into a folder which i then stored it in the mp3 folder itself....can anyone help me......please!!!!!!

I have got a chinese MP4 player but i wonder why it can only play .asf files but not .mp4 files! Plus, it can only play the asf file if you transcode it or convert it using the SunPlus asf software! Can any one tell me why?

The reason is the Sunplus chipset in the device. It requires a very specific version of codecs to decode it (which it has some hardware support for) and it has to be in ASF because that’s all the firmware supports.

The ASF itself is nonstandard using a odd rework of Divx version 4 for the video, and one of two non highly compressed versions of audio. The reason for the lack of compression on the audio is because there is no hardware support for it, and if the more common MP3 was used the player simply won’t have the power to keep up.

Hi I purchased jxd661 mp4 player everything works fine but cant use its camera in the room, it is too dark. it only works in sun light. is it a problem? plz help.

I Had Bought a JXD 661 MP3/MP4/DIGTAL CAMERA/VOICE RECORDER From India just five days ago.Its Was Working Properly I had connected it to My PC’s USB to transfer songs & Photos,But From When I Have Disconnected it From PC’s USB Port It got Switched Off & Since then its not getting Switched ON.Then After that I tried to press The reset Button Below the Player.It didnt Still Get Switched On.When I connected To My PC once again It Displayed That A device attached is Unrecogonized & Malfunctioned.Can U Please Tell Me whats the problem & Can U tell me whats the Solution & How Can I get It correct.PLzzzz Iam Very Upset Email Me at mohit_dude91@yahoo.co.in or mohit_4u2u@yahoo.com

I have a viola v-90 chinese mp4 player but i can’t seem to put videos on it.

I have the sunplus pmp transcoding tool but it doesn’t have the video “video quality” so i can’t convert any videos and i have used other programmes to convert it to wmv but when i put the file on my removable drive it doesn’t show when i try and view it on my mp4.

Please help me soon someone or can someone please email me
