But i have a trouble with it.
1. I transcode SunPlus Converter and have distortion sound at movie.
2. Some .asf, .mp3. files are freeze player, and i need reset it.
3. It don’t search any FM station.
Do you have original codec?
Do you know what firmware in you player?
Please, tell me about you trouble and solutions.

Very upset , since i paid so much and we can’t even use it. And no place to return it.

Irish Nerd Club Guest | well, you plug in the mp4 player and it installs as a standard storage disk (normally a letter like E, F or G), you open the PMP COnversion tool, select your quality, and when selecting the output pick the removable disk the mp4 player created, then select the folder:
mp3 for mp3s
DCIM for movies

Irish Nerd Club Guest | is it on the LCD or TV the video distorted. If its the LCD there should be 4 screws along the sides of the MP4 player. (the upper screws towards the LCD) remove them and there is a small variable resistor to the left of the lcd, this is the sync control, adjust it with the mp4 player on.
Please give a more accurate description of the problem

Joe from WI Guest | Hi, I picked up an MP4 for my son in China. The MP3 portion works great. Have the SunPlus PMP software and once I figured it out..(directions are in Chinese) we are good. However, can’t figure out to download movies onto it. I popped in The Longest Yard and was thinking it would be like a CD but it got into some copyright issues plus there were about 14 files on the DVD? Any suggestions? Is the movies something we need to buy online to get around copyright? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

algnez : is the video distorted on the TV when you use that, also it could be the video codec off the source or bad firmware.
Jo From Wi : first you need a DVD Ripper, DVD Files (.vob) do not convert in The PMP Tool. I reccomend downloading DivX and DVD2AVI, (encode the DVD to a 320x240 resolution with 24fps framerate) then open the pmp transcoding tool, you will also need the AC3 decoder installed for the audio
