Get the newer version of PMP Transcoder to convert *.RM files

as for the size issue...

divx *.avi to *.asf turn out quite small (16k, Medium Quality)

Has anyone noticed if you make 101MEDIA (102,103 etc) in the DCIM directory it creates a folder in the pmp (not exactly, but allows you to seperate video using the up and down control)

Finn, only a question...

If you use the last version of Sunplus transcoder, how work on your computer?
because on mine the file asf don’t work, the video is corrupt, but the audio is good.

In the PMP there are 2 video a chinese singer and a trailer of “Ice Age” film, and both have a compressed audio (IMA_ADPCM), instead if I use the version of sunplus 0.3.2, I can’t choose the video compression ratio and the audio is PCM (not compressed) therefore bigger that IMA_ADPCM

I have no idea...

The only thing that I can suggest is use Arcsoft Media Converter (my audio is out of sync when I use that...but it works for you) but if you want to convert *.RM use a program like Ultra RM converter (quite good). I do not know whats wrong with your PMP Converter (try with mpeg or someother avi... i dunno!)

Does anyone know of a program that can add text to a asf video (or avi) withought recoding or reconverting?

I want this so that the title is visible when you browse thru your videos (so put a title on the very first milisecond of your video)

And then you can make folders to sort out different shows/artist/etc!

I live in Australia and went to a shopping centre, there was a small shop that sold gadgets (like cameras and stuff) and it said that their from Japan or China (prob. china)... it was pretty expensive for only 256mb and not a good brand. (AUSD250! - about USD170!)... I did have trouble at the start trying to get the mini cd so I emailed them and they attatched the better version and walked me thru it.
I am actually very pleased with the product.

I went to the shopping centre to see if he could give me a new one ( smileyit was worth a try!) he said that it is quite common and all you have to do is read the manual and it tells you how to put it back in...

can anyone send there manual to me...that would much appreciated!
