movie stop to first track

recently i download a movie with .idx and .sub files. it was a japanese movie but the attached .sub files comes with japanese hiragana subtitles. then i download another .srt files which is a chinese subtitles. i am using ZoomPlayer to watch the movie, but not too sure which codec had i install when i press ctrl+s, the video stop at the first track of the movie. i try to press ctrl+s again to restore but to no avail. anyone know how can i change the setting to normal screenplay?
