Hey! I’m having trouble capturing. It keeps saying that my device is offline, but I have re-plugged it in and restart my computer about 10x’s! I had no trouble last night, and I’m pretty sure I haven’t changed anything or done anything different. If you have any ideas, please help! Thanks!

i know this sounds stupid but the camera IS in the VCR (playback) position... right?
