sir i need your help there is a pictures of my Mp4 digital player <p><img border=“0” src=“http://www.geocities.com/stopdotpk/my-usb3.jpg” width=“500” height=“889”></p> my problem is when the mp4player goes to power off it shows a dog picture!) i want to remove that picture. and tell me from where i download new firmware for this .there is no information about company , model number and any this else on the mp4 player or in its cd , or on its guide book

My player worked for about 1 year then just started rebooting when trying to do anything. Sent e-mails to the guy on E-bay that sold it to me but he hasn’t been answering. I finally tracked down the firmware I need but the program to upload the firmware to the player isn’t working properly. Nomatter what file I choose to upload the program defaults to something else. I have the Wilson limited product that takes 3.5.37 firmware. If anyone has a clue on how to fix this pesky problem please e-mail your suggestions to xcutioner1993@yahoo.com

A little background. My player was working fine when it just started to loop (reboot)! It would let me load songs but not play them. It would crash everytime I tried. Anyway I have the software now. If anyone is willing to pay for postage, I am willing to fix your players if I can. I will fix and then send back with the firmware and software with instructions so you can fix again if you need to. I will only charge $10.00 USD. You could always buy anotherone but rest assured it will break too. They all do. So if you send prepaid return postage plus and additional $10.00 I will fix your player. If I cannot fix it, I will return it along with your $10.00.
