i installed 3.2.56 from mp4 hospital and it blacked out when i press the buttons it just reveals messed colours how can i return my 3.2.08
when i need to select upgrade firmware from the menu of the mp4.
p.s u cant start the mp3 upgrade tool if u dont select upgrade firmware.
i need a souloution to this problem?

andoy Guest | you should use the cd again, den open it.. der’s 2 command button der, reinstalling and repairing.. it could help you..

i want to upgrade its firmwire .. can any one tell me how to upgrade it ? the cd supplied , is not supporting mp4 player.
there is option in mp4 to upgrade but when i select it " it display connect USB” then i connected usb but there is no response !
