Installing a file to another PC from my PC

Since DVDDcrypter is no longer available I copied it on to a CD disc OK, But how do I get it on another PC, I can get it to load but that’s as far as it gets. What’s next??? Need help with this.

Its still on the torrent sites, search for “Decrypter”.Unless it was the exe file you downloaded you can’t know where all the installation files went besides “program files”.
