movie's color all wrong

hi, whenever i play something on realplayer or windows media player the colors r all wrong. it’s like very pale and like yellow’s green and green’s yellow kinda thing. i dunno what’s wrong can anyone help?

in veiw go to enhancements and choose video settings if somethings outta place set it to the centre and try it out say so if you need more help otherwise just tweak around till you get the right picture.
