Unknown problem

Ok all video is playing weird on my computer its all pixelated and contrast is to high or something. I know i have the right codecs to play it because I have the exact same codecs on this computer as the computer i have upstairs and it plays videos fine. So if anyone knows what the problem could be tell me. I have the right drivers for my graphics card card and I’m useing two moniters running off the one graphics card right now. hope you guys can help
