- Scanned for viruses? (Is your virus scanner fully updated with the latest definitions?)
- Did you recently update your P2P client? Was your destination folder/directory changed during this process?
Maybe you just changed something and which you forgot to change back or something.

I don’t think it’s worth it though because it probably will take ages to recover that amount of data especially if you’ve written to the Hard Disk where you mp3s were.
