xvid movies

Xvid movies play very slowly in my computer.Sure my computer is very slow.
But divx 3 low,fast motion,div 4 and all others work quite ok.But if the 4cc code is xvid then the movies are unbearably slow.
There are 2 disadvantages in xvid:

1.the movies are huge
2.the playback is too slow

so what do i do

my comp is 400 mhz celeron,128 mb ram.thanx

hey come on guys help me out.

I am desperate to watch the movie and the movie plays just too slow.Only xvid plays this slow.The other codecs are bearable.
