Hi,
I have been making movie clips with my digital camera. I load them onto my computer and I open each one to watch them but after watching about 1 or 2, after that theres a windows explorer thing come up where you can send error report or dont send. I click dont send and then the folder 'not responding'. Also when i go to rename the video files because they are named as jumbled letters and i want to change the name to what i want but when i do this it also comes up with that windows explorer thing.
Can someone please help me because i have many video files which i want to watch separately and rename all of them but this is stopping me all help is appreciated lots!!

If your PC is older you might be running out of RAM. Shotgun solutions (you don’t specify your system) - Reinstall your video driver (especially NVIDIA). It can be corrupted. Uncheck unneeded programs at startup with “msconfig” command from Start > Run box. Including quicktime, realplayer and Nvidia startups. Actually, you probably need none of the startups in msconfig. Failing that - check for viruses with RAV online scan.
