I am having a lot of trouble getting Adobe Premiere to encode my timeline in anything other then MPEG1-VCD. Divx, MPEG2, whatever comes out noticeably choppy. My machine is a 1.6 gig with 512 ram, so i thouhght it would be fine. But instead its just sucking. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. premiere 6.5 was doing just fine. I installed pro and test it with divx both 4 and 5 versions. the image is extremely bad in both.

Am I missing something? my machine is 1.7G with 512 ram. it should be enough.

Utku.

Need more details...
Is it DV, NTSC, AVI, what kind of files are you trying to export and what frame rate?

AngelBeastFX, do you REALLY expect a reply FOUR years after the original thread was started? Or is this just a bump trolling attempt?
