I have a problem, my videos played fine and now I don’t have anymore sound. I checked the files with GSpot and AVIcodec and I have the right audio codecs. On GSpot it says 0x00040242: VFW_S_PARTIAL_RENDER - Some of the streams in this movie are in a unsupported format. On the site of the mediaplayer the message is “1” (this is the WaveFormat or FourCC identifier of the codec)
I already tried to uninstall and reinstall all the codecs to go back to the ones I had when it worked. DVD plays fine.
please help me

Sorry that I bothered you, I found the solution. All the files play fine with the Media Player Classic 6.4.8.4 (can be found on Free-Codecs.com)
I have seen that a lot of people seemd to have the same problem, thats why I post this.
