MPHC, D3D, and subtitles

Hi, I am having problems with MPHC, D3D and subs

I open MPHC, load the avi file, and it shows D3D errors
like d3derr not available

and no preset at all aloow subs, the subtitles menu gets gray, and that´s it.

Dunno what to do to fix that, since i searched a lot and did not find anything helpful

I already put with vmr9 renderless, EVR custom... like i read, but no luck with the subs

and haali does not work, since its windows 7 x 64
