missing codec

I am getting this error message when I try to play a video with windows media player!

An audio codec is needed to play this file. To determine if this codec is available to download from the Web, click Web Help.

when I click on the click Web Help I Get this message!

I have tried everything to fix this but nothing is working! Could someone Please help me!!!!

I have even tried to downloading this file from your site and it did not fix the problem: Download Codec Pack here reply
