.mdf file

hey,

I downloaded lego harry potter years 1 - 4, some crack reloaded version. The folder opens with an mdf file 6 gigs, and mds file 41 kb , a folder within it hase the harry potter name with.exe on the end. Can anyone tell me how to play the game without glitches.
