its not a video format, its a disc image file... just burn it with nero!

I downloaded The Village and having problems with getting it to play. I know that videoLan plays bin files and I have used it in the past, but I can’t get it to work now. Is there maybe something wrong with the bin files? When I used VideLan in the past, it was on a bin file that was originally in a winRAR file, but this bin file did not need to be extracted. anyone know? Thanks.
