I recently got my files converted from Webex format to mp3 and mp4 by the company that manages our conferencing archives (http://gilaad.com) , but they are charging this as a service (per hour), they don’t sell their tool.

here is a great freebie way to do it...

I tried doing it with Camtasia and it’s not worth the hassle. Terrible audio quality and if anything pops up on your PC, the recording is toast. E-Tech did a great conversion to Flash FLV as well as Mp4 formats (h.264).
just checked imtoo can’t convert wrf
I was able to download the Recording editor directly from https://mci.webex.com/client/wbs25-vzbprodins/ateditor.msi
I had to uninstall the Meeting Manager to get the old versions of the Recorder & Player and the Editor off my machine. I think this is the Meeting Manager (https://mci.webex.com/client/wbs25-vzbprodins/atmcie.msi) and this is the player (https://mci.webex.com/client/wbs25-vzbprodins/atrecply.msi). I think you can download those both from the WebEx site too, but I added them for easy access.
Webex Recording editior is really helpful in converting .wrf files to .wmv files which can be played with Windos media player.thanks
Webex has a tool for this:
