I only use Daniusoft Media Converter Pro, it can easily remove DRM from WMV iTunes and other protected video music files, it works great and have had no issues:)

fairuse4wm works. unfortunatley the url on this site to download the program no longer work. above i’ve posted the url where i was able to download the program. i should also mention that this program only works with files that are already licensed to you. it’s useless for files that have lossed licenses or if you were like me and formatted your computer and deleted your licenses then it won’t work. but once the file is downloaded and the license is reregisterred to you you can run this program and it will remove the drm on it and play it or burn it which ever is your choice.

most music sites that license out drm now require wmp 10. this program works with both wmp 10 and 11. i had to install windows media player 10 first, and go through the individualization process. i ran windows media player 10 for a while before i decided to upgrade to 11 since i didn’t know if it would work or not. i upgraded to 11 through the windows update center. program still worked afterwards. it’s ok to run with all the service packs and updates installed on your computer. the main thing is to make sure your individualization key is the right one. once you have that everything will work right.

the above link provides the download and the instructions on how to do the individualization process to your computer and most other questions you might have. enjoy.

p.s. i’ve only used this program for .WMA files i am not sure if it works for any other file types. the site should tell you what file types are supported though. and this product has the lossless quality so your music will not be degraded. it just strips away the license
