to convert demo movie to frag movie

What codec would I need for it? for the Video in .avi?

If you want to use demo files from cs to make a movie, well actually i think it’s impossible..cuase i’m using Fraps to record a video and the make a movie with Sony Vegas pro 8!
It’s really simple and i think it’s the best way to make a cs movie!
If someone want’s these 2 programs, he can contact with me...i have them already!
