iMovie can help you.

Just like windows movie maker on PC, it can make images video.

And the default output format is mov.

I want to upload a video I have in bmp format to You Tube, but the site will not accept the bmp format. How can I convert it to Quicktime or mpeg-4 format to allow You Tube to accept it?
