I have bought a JXD683 in China three weeks ago.It was warking properly still Sunday.I was listening to music when it switched off.Since then its not getting switched on.When i try to switch it on the screen shows only the logo JXD and nothing else.CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHATS THE PROBLEM & CAN YOU TELL ME WHATS THE SOLUTION & HOW CAN I GET IT CORRECT.Please e-mail me at wards_rinku@yahoo.in

Hi, I require your help I have purchased JXD 921 I got the chineese language mannul and the Cd which i got does have e.x.e files running.

So I require

1) English Version of Mannual for JXD 921 Not for 921+( as both are seperate players.)

2) all CD contents for JXD 921. it should be working files.

3) Please send me web site as of JXD there are 2 web site.

b) http://www.jxd.cc/en/product_view.asp unable to find my product Mannual + Drives and Software application.

And please tel me can i able to upgrade my firmware to 921+ so that it can playback RM RVM files also.?
