i need this codec quickly

After extended search on the web for this codec 75 download, Lilly found the zip file download at:

http://www.audiotag.org/codecs/voxwaremetasoundaudiocodec.shtml

download it, and extract the zip file into “a temp folder." Then go to that folder, and right click on the file look for “setup” and select “install” option (this will install)“voxacm.inf”. After the installation, You are able to view and hear the audio file that you couldn’t view earlier due to the missing of codec 75.
