I am having the same problem I am using yahoo mess. and I can not hear or be heard from the other end, and my computer tells me I need to install the DSP Group True Speech Audio CODEC. Please Please can some one help me get this?

it worked a treat, less then 10 mins and audio was restored.

i’m running windows vista home premium and using YIM 8.1.0.421 and tried both methods of the last post and it still does not work.

ok there are solutions for xp users but i have vista and i cant get voice to work on my laptop for yahoo...i have vista on my home pc and all i had to do was install vista codec pack and it worked but it didnt work on my laptop...this is very frustrating...vista sucks can anyone help me??? something easier to understand..im a noob
