What exactly does gspot say for the file type/container (both the .bin file and the .mpeg file you created)? And what codecs do the files use?

.bin is not a movie type, but a cd image or a mac binary. If it’s a cd image it should have come with a corresponding .cue file.

In past threads I’ve seen people mention that VLC can read .bin cd images directly. I haven’t tested it myself though.

Hey guys, ive had a look through the threads but cant seem to find any help...

basically I’ve downloaded a film, used somethin to convert the BIN file to MPEG but it still wont play through either win media player, divx or VLC media player...

I am totally new to this so a basic help would be appreciated.
