Hi, the AC3 codecs help to resolve the missing codecs and “error downloading codec” problems on both Windows Media Player 10 and 11.

Goto http://filehippo.com/download_codec_pack/

Download VLC media player to play 3gp files. real player 10.5 also plays it. but I guess VLC is good one.

download these codec’s from windows
i provided the link:

it’s all 100% safe.
and it worked for me.

I have the same problems I can watch small clips I took of my parrots on my camcorder and put on the hdrive but I cant watch a film I downloaded

i searced a lot but unable to find 3gp player, can u tell me frm where i can get this.

ye i have the same problem too i my movies were playn perfectly and now my media players sais that it as an error downloading codec i dont think i deleted sumthing can sumone please help

..I have lots of 3gp files which i have converted to .avi via ImToo 3GP converter. When i try playing the files, windows player says 'error downloading' codec, i have not had this problem before so am presuming i’ve deleted something i shouldnt have!!!

I dont understand the fourCCs stuff, i have installed Gspot...but the files were playing fine before! can anybody help me? i just want them to play in media player!!
