No it wont, I have VLC, the latest K-Lite codec pack installed, as well as realplayer. While realplayer does play RV40 files, VLC will NOT.

28 Jul 2008 01:13 pmI don’t see anything that indicates the IV40 codec will work on a Mac OS. I’m running OS X 3.9 and have collected a few short videos that need the IV40 codec. I got the IV50 codec, which runs successfully on OS 9 and an earlier version of QT. Any hope?
