Use gspot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot) or avicodec (http://avicodec.duby.info)
to determine what audio codec the file uses, then search for them and download them accordingly.

I had the same problem and I installed codec in my windows vista. Now I can see the video but can’t hear the sound. any one can help me out?

I have a maintenance CD which have pictures with it,but I can’t see the picture it is saying Video not available, can not find ‘Vids:iv32’ decompressor .if it is important I have Microsoft Windows XP operating system .What shall I do?

That’s the indeo video 3.2 codec. It can come bundled with Windows 98, depending on whether or not you chose that option during installation. To add it follow these steps: go to the start menu, click settings, then choose control panel. Open add/remove programs and choose the windows setup tab on top. scroll down and find multimedia and double click it. find video compression and check the box. then click ok and apply. you may be asked to insert your windows 98 cd.
If this fails, or if you lost your windows 98 cd, you can find an indeo video installation package on the web. Just google for iv5setup.exe Here are some hits which you can try. Copy them to your url bar, then right click iv5setup.exe and choose save target as, then just open the file when the download completes

My uncle gave me a casino game yesterday (Golden Nugget) but when i play it thers no picture and it says cannot find vids:IV32 decompressor.

how do i fix this, and what is it any way and is it free to correct. i have windows 98 if that matters.

thank you for any help im computer stupid.
