That download of the DIV3 Codec is what Microsoft recommends but does not seem to work. Any other suggestions?

DIV3 is the FourCC description for the DivX codec v3.11 alpha. There is only one codec and it’s compatible with all Windows:

Is there a Codec for DIV3 that is XP compatible?
