The reason it didn’t upload your music properly is that some mp3 players must ALWAYS be turned on before you connect them to your computer.
The reason it died when you charged it with a wall charger might be that it is a slightly faulty one which causes the whole thing to crash...
If it is really dead you can use THE DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE on www.mympxplayer.org (but don’t open the player to reset it, use the other method)
Don’t worry too much, these things are very fixable.
I have had a fake iPod nano and it still works fine after 2 years!

I’m 11 years old and I got those Mini MP4 Players.
I got two actually.
And that’s what excatly happened to me.
It went off.
And B4 it went off it was skipping the songs I wanted to listen.
My suggestion is to refund n_n
I got 4 back btw ;O
SERIOUSLY..GIVE UP!! i have bought 2 of those things and they both worked perfectly..for like a month or two. The last one I just got and it didnt last a week. Luckily it was a gift but they are usually from North Korea or China as a cheap knock-off of an mp3 player. They are cheaply made and forever cause problems. I hear of it all the time. Hopefully you paid under $50 for it..Just throw it away and buy something from a store. I bought a bunch of c cheap electronics from ebay and they all came from north korea. i said NEVER AGAIN

I NEED YOUR HELP CAN YOU SHOW ME HOW TO DELET THE SONG’S OFF MY MP4 PLAYER
The problem with ebay sellers is that their products aren’t QC’d and double tested. Heres a question.. Has it turned back on after you charged it completely? If you can get into the folder options while it is connected to your computer try reformatting your mp3 player as the same file system your windows is running on (FAT/FAT32). With my exeprience, I would guess that after it was plugged in to charge and never turned back on, it is completely dead. I would suggest contacting the seller and asking for a refund. Hope it all works out :-) I’ll check back to see how its going
I recently purchased a Chinese mp3/mp4 off eBay. It was working at first, so I plugged in the USB cable and put all my music on it. When I turned it on to try out the music, when I pressed play it said “Format error”. I plugged it back into the PC and saw that the folders were in a mess. I tried to delete them but it gave an error. “Access Denied” or something along those lines. So I restarted my PC and while I was waiting, plugged my mp3 player into charge, using the wall adapter. It turned on to show me it was charging. Then when I unplugged it from the wall, It was dead, wouldn’t turn on. Nothing. Is there anything I can do to fix this.
Thanks In Advance.
