MINE SAYS ERROR! REFORMAT INTERNAL AS MEDIA FAT16
AND MEMEORY CONNECT TO PC AND DELETE 4M SONGS

It is simple - remove and reformat the SD card. Use the FAT reformat not the FAT32

Error! Reformat internal media with SigmaTel formatter. How can i solve this problem? What would i do?

i have a mp3 player and any time i switch it on a particular message will be telling me that it error but i should reformat it with sigmatelformator and i have been trying to format it but it was not working.i need u to do something for me please i know i can count on you.

Have a MMP8640A that keeps giving the message 'Boot Error, Shutting down' And can’t get it to stay on long enough for the computer to read it so I can reflash the firmware on it. I have seen that others have had this problem, I you have a solution Please let me know via my email paramed02@comcast.net TIA

if any body has the firmware for the mmp8570(not mmp8570a) id like to get a coppy of it

Still won’t work. I put it on FAT and it says I need to format it with SigmaTel and if I put it on FAT32, it says there’s an system error and I should reformat it. Both work fine separately, just won’t work together. Know any place I could download the software contained on the CD?
