unfortunately you were all scammed. we can’t punish people in china for doing this so they can do whatever they want. i would suggest that all of you try to contact ebay and get this person banned, even though ebay really doesn’t care because they will get more money if they don’t ban them.

Hey! Some times i have same error with chiPod nano 1gb. I think that you inserted non-enabled file format in u’r chipod. I mean that mine chipod can run only mp3 music, not wma music. So, if u have loaded wma music onto ur chipod it doesn’t work!
