i am trying to load new song for that i had formated this but after that the space was reduce from 4 GB to 244 MB pls help me to get orignal space in this player

Hai,

I had bought a sony td-11 mp3 player through rediff shopping. It always had problems and i had to format it every now and then. Initially there was no problem in memory capacity after formating but the last time i did, its memory capacity reduced from 4Gb to 244Mb. I dont know how to rectify this.

I searched in google and can find only similar problems reported but no solution. Hope any one of you might have got a solution by now. Please do help me out to rectify this problem. Thanks in Advance.

when i wanted to upload my songs then old songs are not getting deleted and so i had to format it many times...so plz...give me the way to coorect this
