Well it’s a year on and the problem is still exactly the same. I guess you get what you pay for. These things really are cheap rubbish

Correct format also dont play- Ive tried to play some converted amv files(from mpg files) on the mp4 player but they failed to play, it showed “format error”.But an amv file that came along with the mp4 player when i bought it, plays very well. I dont understand why the files i converted dont play, i converted the file as 160x120, 16 fps, 22.05K, 1 channel- exact as the file the came along with it, but my converted file doesnt play, though it plays well in computer. I used AMV video convert tool 4.00 for the conversion.

It isn’t firmware problem, the converted video file resolution is too big. For optimal performance you must convert videos to the same resolution as your player display resolution, using the right AMV converter version and changing resolution before video file converting, if necessary.

Ok, everyone says these things are pieces of crap... but mine is working well... except for the playback of the video;

I convert them to AMV files, and load them into the player, they show up on the player monitor as being complete, but during playback each clip will only play a few seconds and then cut off.

> could this be a problem with the firmware?
if so, I guess I’ll just have to deal with 3 second long video’s until Wilson Co. Ltd. gets off their sorry *((es.

Any help at all with this will be appreciated.

Thanks
