after i accidentally deleted the movie folder,my mp4 cant play movies, I’ve tried every movie type and it still says empty disk please help.(peteryg2000@hotmail.com)

how do u fix Disc error on MP4.All i can do is go on the radio,stupid games, and setup sections

My MP3/MP4 reads empty disk when I try to use anything except the FM Radio on it. Could someone tell me how to get back all the information so I can use it fully again. If someone could help me that would be great, kittensprincess2005@yahoo.ccom

I have a MP3/MP4 player that I bout from ebay.It came from Hong Kong. It has a 2.8 touch screen with 8 GB of memory.
I put music on it and it worked then formaded it to clean every thing out of it and it said disk full. I went to system on the MP3/MP4 and it said
Flashmem 0/ 0MB
Cardmem 0/ 0MB
I tried downloading firmware on it I tried to Chang NTFS to FAT32 i tried updating it then i started to think it was fake then i open it and searched the 2 chips in it and they where real
