please lisnt to me
go to device manager there wll be an unknown device
select it and clck update driver tab
you choose ADFU device driver from windows folder in c
then your player will be recogised as an adfu server
though you still cannot see the drive
go to firmware update and you will have one warning message
click ok
then find an full fw file for your player and update the fw
your problem solved

Help me! I bought a MP4 player Canyon like Apple Ipod.
Then I try to upgrade the firmware.LSC_91N002_20..but unfortunately it no longer works properly.
I cannot connect it with my computer. My computer cant´t find USB on my MP player, and in display on my mp player I can only see time glass.
I think the file struktur and firmware (LSCxxx) is damaged, and it is the reason that I cant open my player.
Anyone has experienced with this ...please help me to fix it up.
