i cannot play the video in my computer from the mp4. please help me , coz my project is soon to be passed. thanks a lot.!

In Chinese JXD661+ MP4 player,when I put USB cable in my PC, I can’t see any Folder i.e. PICTURE, VIDEO, AUDIO etc. Even I am not able to creat a folder (PICTURE,VIDEO etc.)
