because in the player there isn’t the folder call “root”, infact the player now, is whitout an a System Operating...

I have formatted this player, (originally 4 G, with my pc (o.s. win xp). But now its capacity is 470 mb if I connect the player to my notebook: and I cannot connect it to other computers. Can somebody help me? Thanks.
