Hi
I recently purchased an MP4 player as a gift for someone, unfortunately I cannot get it to work. It has been charged in accordance to the maunal and just wont start. I dont know what else to do, the manual states that another method of getting the MP4 player to work is to connect it to the computer to open it, however it goes no further than that in what is a poorly written manual from start to finish. Please could someone help me out on this.
